Rosenthal is a worldwide leading producer of porcelain tableware, gifts, crystal and cutlery.
Its roots lie in the town of Selb, which has evolved into the porcelain capital of Germany. Since the 1950's hundreds of artists and designers have worked closely with Rosenthal, designing modern, sometimes avant garde products from porcelain, glass or steel.
The successful collections “Studio-line” and “Rosenthal Classic” offer modern stylish tableware specifically designed to be elegant as well as functional. This applies not only to its porcelain, but also to its glassware.
Since the 1990's Rosenthal has developed new lifestyle collections to compliment the existing lines. Collaboration with the Italian fashion house Versace began in 1993 with many decorative designs by Gianni Versace himself.
