Waterford is the home of the Irish crystal specialist, Waterford Crystal. In 1793 the brothers George and William Penrose began designing practical and decorative objects.
For 41 years Miroslav Havel was the best craftsman at Waterford Crystal. Havel was responsible for designing the well known lines Lismore, Colleen and Kildare.
